The Berean Crusaders Pathfinder Club has been truly blessed by the collaboration of qualified, talented and dedicated staff. This group of Master Guides and instructors are second to none when it comes to pathfindering. They are knowledgeable, loyal, supportive and love this ministry. The success of our club is due to the commitment of each staff to the duty of their assignments, coupled with their enthusiasm and dedication to the Pathfinders of their unit/class. Our counselors and instructors carefully plan all their assignments and execute/present them in such a way that captures and holds the attention of  each Pathfinder. The consistency of our staff provides a stable environment in our club, and with over one hundred combined years of experience and a vast knowledge of the Pathfinder ministry, our club remains successful in all its goals. We are also blessed to have our pastors, who are supportive in our goals and endeavors. Our associate and assistant pastors, also ministered unto our club in topics that are pertinent to our spiritual growth and personal lives. God has truly blessed us, and as the director of this club, I considered it a privilege to work with the Berean Crusaders staff. I thank God for His wisdom and His vision, as we continue to work and grow in this rewarding and fulfilling ministry.
